OMG this couldn't be better today on the second day of classes. I am having troubles not being a total sarcastic bitch to everyone I am coming in contact with.
There is a crosswalk button in front of my property and these dimwits pound it repeatedly to get the light to change. One day I will rain down on some poor unsuspecting button pusher and scare the living crap out of them. Maybe I should laminate that cartoon and tape it to the pole.

ReplyDeleteI love the first one.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE sarcasm. I thrive on sarcasm. I am teaching my daughters, not how to get along with others in the world, but the fine art of sarcasm.
ReplyDeleteI know the elevator guy.
I'm waiting for someone to create a sarcasm font. I think we need one.

ReplyDeleteHang in there Joanne, things will settle down again soon.
ReplyDeleteSimon, me too. The 'support' group setting makes it particularly hilarious IMO.
Jadedj, and so you should. I'm proud of how my son has mastered the art. They say it's the lowest form of wit but not in our house - it's an art form.
Kathryn I agree completely - it would certainly save a lot of confusion.
Lol Lori, might be worth a try.
The only people who think sarcasm is a lower form of wit are those on the receiving end, well, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteIt truly is an art form.
